Choosing seasonal fish caught locally, with low impact fishing gear, respecting minimum catch sizes and regulations, and avoiding the purchase of vulnerable or endangered species, can serve as a sustainability model that involves the entire fish supply chain. The infographics will be displayed on Caronte&Tourist ships and ticket offices.
